These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77bbc ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any person ("you", "the User", "the Player") who registers an account, accesses the website at 77bbc.app, or uses any product or service made available through the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 77bbc and are effective from the moment you create an account or, where no account is required, from the moment you first access the Platform.

By registering an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Registration

Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access real-money gaming services on 77bbc, you must create an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account.

• 1Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password of sufficient complexity, and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth.
• 277bbc may at any time request identity verification documents (KYC) including a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. You must comply with such requests promptly to avoid suspension of your Account.
• 3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 77bbc is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure.
• 4You must notify 77bbc customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised.
• 5Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or pledge your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

77bbc supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the mobile payment services most widely used by players in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• 1Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• 2Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and 77bbc reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• 3Deposits made using promotional or third-party funds, or from a payment method not registered in your name, may be refused and returned. 77bbc accepts no liability for funds lost in transit due to incorrect payment details provided by the User.
• 4All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment provider applies a currency conversion, the exchange rate applied by that provider governs and 77bbc is not responsible for any resulting difference.
• 577bbc does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• 6Funds deposited to your Account may only be used for gaming on the Platform. Accounts must not be used as a general-purpose payment or money-transfer service. Any attempt to use the Platform in this manner may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

Bonuses

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

77bbc offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions and free spins to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion and the general conditions set out below.

• 1Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full.
• 2Each bonus offer will specify its applicable wagering requirement (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g. 20x), the time limit within which the requirement must be met, and any game restrictions that apply (e.g. certain games may contribute less than 100% towards wagering progress).

• 4Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously through duplicate accounts or other means will result in all bonuses being voided.
• 5Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another Account or player. Bonuses are awarded in BDT and all associated wagering activity is conducted in BDT.

Betting Rules

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on the Platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets and casino games are available within the relevant product section.

• 1All bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, reversed or amended after it has been accepted by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming any wager.
• 2Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. 77bbc reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• 3In the event of a technical fault, system error, or an obvious pricing error that results in an incorrectly priced market, 77bbc reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. Winnings paid on erroneously priced markets may be reclaimed by 77bbc.
• 4Live in-play betting markets close at the moment of the relevant event result being determined. Bets placed after market closure, whether due to a delay in the Platform's systems or any other reason, will be void and stakes returned.

Player Wellbeing

Responsible Gaming Obligations

77bbc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following obligations and features apply to all registered players.

• 1Players may set deposit limits on their Account at any time via the Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• 2Players may request a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion) by contacting 77bbc customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the player will be prevented from registering a new account.

Conduct

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

• 1Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to place bets, access the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• 2Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, match or event on which a bet has been placed on the Platform.
• 3Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error are not valid and will be reversed.
• 4Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of criminal activity, or circumvent any applicable anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing regulations.
• 5Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing behaviour directed at 77bbc staff, other players or any third party in connection with use of the Platform.

Account Status

Account Suspension and Termination

77bbc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account in the circumstances described below. Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting customer support.

• 177bbc may suspend or close an Account immediately without prior notice where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• 2Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to standard verification procedures.
• 3Bonus Funds remaining in a closed Account are forfeited regardless of the reason for closure, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bbc shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 77bbc does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures or events outside 77bbc's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where 77bbc is found liable for direct losses, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Updates

Amendments to These Terms

77bbc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77bbc will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
